The proposed national carrier and airline for Nigeria is known as Nigeria Air. A number of open positions within the organization are currently being recruited for in preparation for its official launch.
The new Airline is owned by a Nigeria private investor with the federal government holding a 5% shares while Ethiopian Airline is holding about 45%
According to the airline, it will begin service soon with Boeing 737-800 Next Generation (NG) aircraft, and then it will transition to Boeing 787 aircraft for international flights.
